What am I buying?
A made-to-order digital pack for one dog: six transparent 1024 × 1024 PNGs, six share images with your chosen English phrases, a ZIP and a simple phone guide. No printed product, shipping or subscription. The Yolky cards are examples, not your dog's finished stickers.
Can I see my dog before paying?
You can review your dog photo, personality notes and chosen moods before checkout. This first edition is a human-checked service, not an instant AI tool: your dog's finished character and expressions are created after payment. There is no generated character preview before purchase.
When and how will I receive my pack?
Within 1 business day after confirmed payment, sent manually to your checkout email. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. Please enter an email you can receive files at. We may email if we need a clearer dog photo.
What if it doesn't feel like my dog?
Reply to our delivery email for one small single-sticker adjustment. Missing files, broken images or our drawing errors are ours to fix. If we cannot complete your pack, contact us for a refund. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
What happens to my dog photo?
Your input stays in this tab until you add your pack to the bag. We then attach a normalized dog image and your brief to your Shopify order. It is not posted to a gallery. Shopify hosts the image at a file link that is not login-protected; anyone with that link can access it. Please use dog-only pictures without faces, addresses or other private information. Your image may be used in an image-generation tool solely to make your order, with human review. It is not used for our public stories without your separate permission. Contact us for deletion of production copies; legally required order records may remain.
Can I use these in any chat app?
Save your share images to Photos and attach them to a message. Importing transparent stickers depends on your app; universal one-tap installation is not promised. Personal use only; no resale or commercial licence is included.

Your image and delivery
Your dog-only image is uploaded to Shopify when you add the pack. File links are not login-protected. Please don't submit people or private details. We use the image only for producing your order; it is not automatically added to a public gallery. Delivery and one small adjustment are handled by email: doodle@montpawell.com.
