Shipping policy

Little Shop: digital comic and collection delivery

Custom comics: your first proof is manually emailed within two business days after confirmed payment and a complete brief. Final PNG, print PDF and mobile layout follow your approval; one small revision is included.

Yolky & Pip Little Moments v1: the existing collection ZIP is manually emailed within one business day after confirmed payment. This is not an instant download or custom product.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. Enter an email at checkout and check spam. These digital items require no physical shipping. Contact doodle@montpawell.com with your order number for missing or faulty files. Earlier physical orders retain the terms below. Applicable consumer rights remain intact.

Digital sticker packs: email delivery

Added 6 October 2026. Your Dog's Six Little Moods is a made-after-payment digital service, not a physical item or instant AI download. We email your human-reviewed personalized pack to your checkout email within one business day after confirmed payment (Monday–Friday, excluding NSW public holidays). It contains six transparent 1024 × 1024 PNGs, six share images, a ZIP and a phone guide. There is no postage or shipping charge for this pack.

If your input needs clarification, we will contact you and agree the next steps. If delivery is delayed, we will keep you informed. Contact doodle@montpawell.com with your order number for help. Nothing here excludes your statutory consumer rights.

Made-to-order production

Every DoodlePup tote is made to order and reviewed by a person before production. Artwork is normally reviewed within 1 business day. We will contact you if the artwork needs clarification or cannot be accepted under our content policy.

Delivery within Australia

At launch, we ship within Australia. Delivery options are shown at checkout:

  • Standard: included in the product price. Estimated total delivery time is 8–15 business days.
  • Express: A$5 per order. Estimated total delivery time is 6–12 business days. Express delivery shortens carrier transit only and does not skip artwork review or production.

Business-day estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote-area delivery may take longer, but there is no remote-area surcharge for standard Australian delivery.

Tracking and address changes

We will send tracking information when it is available. Check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at doodle@montpawell.com. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or dispatch, and reasonable re-delivery costs may apply when a parcel is returned because an incorrect address was supplied.

Delays, loss or damage

Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will communicate material delays. If we cannot supply your order within the stated or otherwise reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate solution consistent with Australian Consumer Law. If tracking shows an unusual delay, or your order arrives damaged, contact doodle@montpawell.com with your order number and relevant photos so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
