What can my story include?
One dog, one everyday event and up to one simplified person. We use your description for the person, not a portrait photo. No exact likeness promised. We keep your facts and ending; if the brief needs clarification, we'll email you before drawing. Not for complicated multi-scene stories or extra characters.
When will I get it?
We email your first proof within 2 business days after confirmed payment and a complete brief. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. Final delivery follows your approval; please reply to our proof email. One small revision is included. This is a manual pilot, not an instant generator.
Photo privacy, changes & personal use
Upload only your dog, not people or private details. Shopify file links are not password-protected. AI-assisted drawing is used only to fulfil your order; we do not publish your photo or comic without permission. You may print and share personally, not resell, license commercially or redistribute as a product. Wrong or missing files are corrected without charge; contact doodle@montpawell.com. Nothing in our service terms or policies excludes applicable consumer rights.
