Little Shop comic and collection service
Added 6 October 2026. The custom four-panel dog comic is a one-time A$24.90 digital commission based on your dog photo and true little story. It includes one dog and, if needed, one simplified person, with English words or a wordless version. It is not an exact human portrait, instant AI preview or physical product. AI-assisted drawing may be used with human editing and review. We begin only after confirmed payment and a complete, accepted brief. The first proof is emailed within two business days; final files follow your approval. One small revision is included. A substantial rewrite or additional characters are outside this scope and require your agreement before any extra charge.
Yolky & Pip Little Moments v1 is a fixed A$4.90 digital collection: 12 white-background character/share PNGs, two phone wallpapers, one comic and a guide in a ZIP. It is not personalized, transparent cutout artwork, an installable sticker app, a subscription or a promise of future updates. We manually email the collection within one business day after confirmed payment; it is not an instant download.
Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. These digital products require no shipping address or physical delivery. Shopify shows the final payable total and any applicable tax before payment. An adult must manage the order. You must have permission to submit the photo and story; your original input remains yours and is used only to fulfil and support your order, including AI-assisted production where appropriate. We do not publicly share your input or custom result without permission.
Files are licensed for personal sharing and personal printing, not commercial resale or redistribution of the collection ZIP. Review our shipping, privacy and refund policies for delivery, data handling and remedies. The existing sticker-service arrangements below continue to apply to that separate product; tote-specific wording applies only to physical goods. Strawberry Studio digital service
Added 6 October 2026 for new digital sticker orders. Your Dog's Six Little Moods is a one-time A$9.90 personalized service for one dog: six transparent 1024-square PNGs, six share images, ZIP and phone guide, created after confirmed payment, human-checked and emailed within one business day (Monday–Friday, excluding NSW public holidays). One small adjustment to one sticker is included. It is not an instant AI preview, subscription, physical sticker or guaranteed installation into a messaging app. Shopify shows the final payable total, including any applicable tax, before payment.
The displayed Yolky examples show our style, not your already-generated result. You confirm the submitted dog input, moods and words before checkout. An adult must manage the order and have permission to use the input. Your submitted artwork remains yours; our limited use is to make, review, deliver and support this order, including optional AI-assisted drawing with human review. Your personalized files are supplied for personal use, not resale. We do not automatically publish your input or result to a gallery.
The digital delivery and adjustment arrangements above apply to this service; tote-specific printing, postage and physical-return wording below applies only to physical items. Nothing excludes statutory consumer rights. Contact doodle@montpawell.com for help.

This store is operated by MONTPAWELL PTY LTD (ABN 41 693 954 102), trading online as DoodlePup. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean MONTPAWELL PTY LTD.
1. Using our store
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use the store only for lawful purposes.
2. Custom artwork
You retain ownership of artwork you submit. You grant us and our production partners a limited licence to store, review, resize, reproduce and print that artwork solely to process, produce and support your order.
You confirm that you have the right to use the submitted artwork and that it does not infringe another person’s rights or contain unlawful, hateful, threatening or otherwise prohibited content. Every design is reviewed before production. We may reject a design that breaches our content policy; if we reject it, we will contact you and cancel and refund the affected item.
3. Orders and custom production
An order is accepted when payment is processed and we issue an order confirmation. Please review your design, delivery details and quantities before checkout. Because each item is made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins. Our Return and Refund Policy explains the applicable process.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors; if an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, including cancellation and refund where required.
5. Shipping and delivery
Production and delivery timeframes are estimates. Our current options, costs and expected timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. We will notify you of material delays. If we cannot supply an order within the stated or otherwise reasonable time, we will provide a remedy consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
6. Returns and consumer guarantees
We do not offer change-of-mind returns for personalised goods once production has begun. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where goods are faulty, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise fail a consumer guarantee. 7. Website and intellectual property
Except for customer-submitted artwork, the website content, DoodlePup branding, layouts, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to us. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes only and must not copy, interfere with, scrape or misuse it in breach of law or these terms.
8. Third-party services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use payment, delivery and production providers. Those providers may process information necessary to provide their services, subject to our Privacy Policy and their applicable terms. Purchases from this store are made from MONTPAWELL PTY LTD, not Shopify.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. The terms applying to an order are those in effect when the order is placed. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
